On-Campus Recruitment

Whether you are looking to fill full-time or internship positions, coming to one of our recruiter events is a great way to increase your visibility with our community and to educate your target audience on everything from your company culture to available opportunities.

Recruitment on campus typically falls into two cycles - autumn term and spring term recruitment. However, we can work with you to coordinate recruiter activities on a rolling basis throughout the year and regularly work with recruiters on adhoc schedules.

Attend a range of recruitment events throughout the year, Recruitment events such as Career Fairs provide a great opportunity to network informally with students and alumni and educate our community about your brand. With events across the Industry, Finance and Consulting sector throughout the year, there are plenty of chances to connect with students and alumni from all programmes.

Presentation followed by networking reception

Presentations are a great opportunity to introduce students to your company, they include a Q&A session in a lecture theatre. A networking session normally follows directly after your presentation in which students can chat informally to your team to ask questions, exchange business cards and get to know you better

Interview on campus

Once you have received applications for your job posting, Reach Talent can help you to manage the process by letting you choose suitable interview dates and short list the students.

Club events

DDA Business School are an integral part of the students experience and there is a strong network of professional interest clubs such as Entrepreneurship, Media, Private Equity, Technology, Healthcare etc There are several opportunities for you to recruit throughout the academic year through the student clubs including hosting a breakfast event, speaker opportunities etc.
